Kaitlin McCarthy 

Kaitlin McCarthy is a Florida native with 10 years of experience in healthcare administration before moving to Maryland. Upon moving to Maryland, she worked as the Program Manager for Maryland House Detox, overseeing all areas of operations. Which gave her an inkling of how important her role is as a motivational leader in behavioral health.

Throughout her professional career in healthcare administration, it became a worthy cause for her to align her values with a company whose core principles match hers. She became passionate about the growth and development of companies, and building a functional team that provides best-in-class care. This led her to the doors of Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG), and now serves as the company’s Director of Admissions. When deciding to join Kolmac, igniting the Admissions Department was one of her biggest goals. Kolmac’s admissions team goes beyond helping each caller meet with a sense of urgency and empathy, helping them find placement regardless of whether they enter Kolmac or not.

Kaitlin enjoys being in the presence of nature and being physically active, which is why you will often find her exploring the hiking trails in Maryland and Virginia or cycling and peddling throughout the tri-state area.
