Anton Kuznetsov

Anton Kuznetsov leads Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health as Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience across a range of leadership roles. Prior to his current position, Anton served as CEO of Concerted Care Group (CCG), which merged with Kolmac to create one of the Mid-Atlantic’s premier outpatient behavioral health organizations.

Anton holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an MBA in Finance, both from the University of Maryland. He serves on the boards of several healthcare organizations, contributing to the broader growth and governance of the industry he has spent his career in.

At the center of Anton’s leadership philosophy is a conviction that clinical excellence and business performance are not in tension — that building a great company and changing patients’ lives are the same goal. That belief shapes how Kolmac grows, hires, and delivers care across its 17 locations in Maryland and the DC area.
