Kolmac offers outpatient mental health and substance use care at three Pennsylvania offices, with virtual treatment available anywhere in the state. Every location runs the same clinical model, so the right choice usually comes down to which office is easiest for you to reach.

Camp Hill, PA

Our newest Pennsylvania office sits at 205 Grandview Ave, Suite 305, in Camp Hill, at the center of the West Shore and minutes from Harrisburg. It provides Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP), both in-person and online.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Closed on weekends.

Bryn Mawr, PA

The Bryn Mawr office at 888 Glenbrook Ave serves the western Philadelphia suburbs, offering IOP and PHP services both in person and via telehealth.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Evening treatment sessions run beyond standard office hours; contact the office for current program times.

Philadelphia, PA

Located at 255 S 17th St, Suite 300, our Philadelphia office offers IOP and PHP services both in person and online in Center City.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Closed on weekends.

Programs available across Pennsylvania

Whichever office you choose, the clinical continuum is the same. Our programs include:

• Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP): The core of treatment for most patients, running 3 to 4 sessions per week and typically totaling 9 to 12 hours of structured treatment.
• Medication-assisted treatment (MAT): Prescribed medication and counseling working together for people managing substance use.
• Virtual detox: Withdrawal management from home, under medical supervision.

Alongside these, care draws on group and individual psychotherapy, family programming and medical support.

Virtual and in-person care

You can take part in treatment at one of our offices or from home, wherever you have a private, reliable internet connection.

Many patients move between the two as their schedules shift, coming in some weeks and joining remotely others.
