George Kolodner, MD
Chief Clinical Officer
George Kolodner is an addiction psychiatrist who specializes in the outpatient treatment of substance use disorders. While serving as a staff psychiatrist at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Bethesda, he witnessed recovery from alcoholism for the first time at the hospital’s residential rehabilitation program. Motivated by this experience, he became interested in replicating this success in a non-residential setting. After leaving the Navy in 1973, he designed and implemented the first intensive outpatient addiction treatment program in the country – Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers – where he continues to serve as the medical director.
Paulo Jacomo Negro Jr., MD, PhD
Paulo J. Negro, M.D. Ph.D. had his fellowship in clinical research at the Intramural Research Program-NIMH, NIH in 1999. He completed residency in psychiatry at the University of Texas, San Antonio, and University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Dr. Negro is Board Certified in General Psychiatry, Administrative Psychiatry, Association for Convulsive Therapy, and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He is knowledgeable about the interface between medical and psychiatric problems, having conducted research in osteoporosis and depression, stress, and the brain effects of hormones.
Anthony Massey, MD
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Massey received his medical degree from Louisiana State University, New Orleans, Louisiana, and has been in practice for 23 years. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at Sheppard and Enoch Pratt Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland in 1996. Dr. Massey is Board Certified in Psychiatry and is also certified in addictions by the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He was previously the Medical Director at CIGNA and has extensive experience in dual diagnosis and addiction treatment.
Jim McGreevey, LCPC
Regional Clinical Director, North
Jim came to Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers in 2008 and has served in various capacities in Towson and Baltimore locations. His prior experience includes Psychiatric Counseling at Union Memorial Hospital, developing and coordinating the Dual Diagnosis program at Partners in Recovery in Towson, MD, and serving as an adjunct faculty member at Loyola College of Maryland. He holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. He is an approved Supervisor through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors. In addition, he holds Level I and 2 Trauma Certification through the Institute of Advanced Psychotherapy and Training. Jennifer Dorsey, NCC, LPC, CAC-I

Jen began her work in the field of addiction treatment in 1999, where she worked with adolescents at New Directions, Inc., an inpatient treatment facility located in Cleveland, OH. Jen holds a Master’s degree in Counseling-Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington, DC. Additionally, she is Board certified as a Counselor with the National Board for Certified Counselors, and is credentialed in the District of Columbia as a Certified Addiction Counselor. Jen began working at the D.C. Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers in 2007 and was instrumental in starting the first daytime Intensive Outpatient program in the D.C. office since its inception in 1984. Michelle Watson, CSC-AD
Program Manager, Towson
Michelle has over 16 years providing treatment, at different levels of care, to persons with substance use disorders. She is trained in the Gorski Cenaps model for Relapse Prevention and trauma, and has used this training to help patients for years. With Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers in Towson, since 2008, she has served as Co-Therapist, Assistant Director and now Program Manager. Elaine joined the Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers team in 2012. She has worked as a Co-Therapist, Lead Clinician, Assistant Director, and now Clinical Director in the DC office. Elaine holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University. Andrew Darby, LCSW-C, LCADAS
Clinical Director, Gaithersburg
Andrew joined Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers in 2012 as an intern and worked to ensure premier patient care and staff development. Through dedication and hard work, he secured the role of Assistant Clinical Director in Columbia. He now serves as the Clinical Director in Gaithersburg as of January 2016. Andrew attended the School of Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a clinical concentration and a sub-specialization in mental health and substance abuse counseling. He continues his commitment to helping Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers forward its continued mission to serving people, families and communities impacted by the disease of addiction. Grace Caulfield, LCPC, CAC-AD
Clinical Director, Silver Spring
Grace joined the Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers team in 2013. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in treating addictions in adolescent and adult populations for over 18 years. In addition to her strong background in family therapy, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings that include inpatient, outpatient, psychiatric hospitals, and a halfway house. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Associate Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and an approved Supervisor through the Board of Professional Counselors of Maryland. Additionally, she holds a Level 1 Trauma Certification through the Institute of Advanced Psychotherapy and Training, which she incorporates in her clinical approach with patients. Christina began her work in the field of mental health in 2007, when she worked with adolescents at Sheppard Pratt Health System, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, providing crisis stabilization and residential treatment services. Brent Jones, LCPC

Brent joined the Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers team in 2012 and has worked as the lead clinician in Baltimore and the Assistant Director in Towson. He has experience in addictions and crisis intervention, having previously worked at the Anne Arundel County Mobile Crisis Unit.
