Meet the Kolmac Clinical Team: Licensed Addiction and Behavioral Health Specialists

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health has been delivering evidence-based outpatient addiction and mental health treatment since 1973. The clinicians, psychiatrists, and counselors who make up our team bring deep expertise in addiction medicine, psychiatric care, and behavioral health — and a shared commitment to treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Our Clinical Philosophy

Kolmac’s clinical team operates from a chronic disease model of addiction and mental health care, treating substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions with the same ongoing clinical oversight and individualized planning applied to any chronic medical condition.

Every clinician is trained in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including:

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Trauma-informed care

These approaches are delivered across our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and full continuum of outpatient services.

Our team holds credentials including ASAM board certification in addiction medicine, ABPN certification in psychiatry, LCSW, LPC, and CADC across substance use disorder, dual diagnosis, and psychiatric specializations.
