Evening programs for Baltimore metro professionals
For many working adults in the Baltimore metropolitan area, daytime treatment isn’t an option. Kolmac’s Towson location offers evening IOP scheduling so you can get structured clinical care without stepping away from work, family, or other responsibilities.
Evening sessions include the same core components as daytime IOP — group therapy, individual counseling, and medication management — on a schedule built around a full working day. If you’ve been putting off getting help because you can’t afford to miss work, evening programming removes that barrier.

Who we treat
We provide structured outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment for adults. Our programs are designed for individuals who need more support than weekly therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization.
We treat both mental health and substance use disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder, and co-occurring conditions. Services are offered at the intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient levels of care.
Across all programs, care is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and medication management.
Whether someone is stepping down from a higher level of care or stepping up from traditional outpatient therapy, our structured model provides accountability, clinical depth, and a clear path toward long-term stability.
Substance use in the Baltimore metro area
The Baltimore metropolitan area has long been one of the hardest-hit regions in Maryland for overdose deaths, but the trend is moving in the right direction. According to Governor Moore’s office, overdose deaths across Maryland fell 26% in 2025, reaching a 10-year low.
Baltimore County has seen some of the most significant progress. A 2025 announcement from County Executive Klausmeier confirmed fatal overdoses dropped 30% in 2024 compared to 2023, and nearly 50% compared to 2021.
While Maryland has made significant progress in reducing overdose deaths statewide, Baltimore County continues to face one of the state’s most severe crises. That’s precisely what Kolmac’s Towson facility is here to address.
