Eric Shapiro serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG), where he oversees the financial strategy, operations, and stewardship of both organizations. In this role, Eric ensures that integrity, diligence, and perseverance remain at the core of his leadership philosophy, providing a strong and sustainable platform that allows Kolmac and CCG clinicians to focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional care to patients.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and quickly developed a passion for finance within the healthcare sector. He began his career in 1991 and has since held a variety of leadership positions across the Baltimore metro healthcare market. His professional journey includes serving with well-known organizations such as Genesis Healthcare, Ashley Addiction Treatment, and St. Agnes Hospital. These experiences gave him a broad perspective on healthcare finance, as well as deep insight into balancing fiscal responsibility with patient-centered missions.
Throughout his career, Eric has built a reputation for being both detail-oriented and forward-thinking. He has guided teams through times of growth and transition, always with a focus on aligning financial decisions with long-term organizational goals. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the infrastructure at Kolmac and CCG to support expanded services, operational efficiency, and continued innovation in behavioral healthcare delivery.
Outside of the office, Eric is passionate about travel and culinary arts. He makes time to explore new destinations and cultures, and he brings that same spirit of curiosity and creativity into his kitchen.
