Our Outpatient Program (OP) is a less intensive/immersive level treatment than our IOP and PHP programs. Patients eligible for outpatient treatment include Kolmac patients stepping down from IOP or PHP treatment, patients with a diagnosis of mild to moderate alcohol/substance use disorder (AUD/SUD) or a diagnosis of severe AUD/SUD with no documented use in the past 90 days.
Outpatient treatment supports your ongoing journey towards recovery.
Continuing Care: In-Person, Virtual, or Hybrid Your Recovery, Your Choice
When you finish PHP or IOP treatment at Kolmac, we offer additional programming to support your long-term recovery, health, and wellness. At the outpatient level of care, you continue treatment, but you have more flexibility and choice than allowed at the IOP or PHP levels of care. When you participate in continuing care at the outpatient level, you can choose:
Frequency of Treatment
Most patients begin with one or two sessions per week – but you decide how often you engage in outpatient care.
