Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health Centers is a leading network of intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment programs serving Maryland, Pennsylvania, northern Virginia, and Washington, DC. For more than 50 years, Kolmac has pioneered a flexible, accessible model of care that delivers the same effectiveness as traditional inpatient treatment—at a lower cost and without requiring patients to step away from their daily lives. Kolmac provides a full continuum of addiction services, including outpatient detox, rehabilitation, and continuing care. In addition to treating substance use disorders, Kolmac offers support for co-occurring mental health conditions, family education, and resources for referring professionals. In 2025, Kolmac is expanding its care offerings with a new Mental Health IOP to serve individuals with moderate to severe psychiatric symptoms.
