The DC facility opened in 1984 as the second Kolmac outpatient recovery center, and since that time has grown to include both a day and evening program. With its ideal K Street location, the DC office provides detox, rehab and addiction treatment to working professionals living and working nearby. Family and friends are provided with education on a weekly basis in the form of a counselor-lead support group, and the office hosts several recovery community meetings including Crystal Meth Anonymous, SMART Recovery, and a women’s AA meeting. Additionally, an alternative IOP program, Treatment Readiness “TR” is held at this Kolmac location. TR specializes in working with people who have a history of repeated relapse and who have struggled to maintain abstinence during a regular outpatient course of substance abuse treatment.
Treatment services available:
Morning program from 10 am to 1 pm
Evening program from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
