Kolmac’s Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Supports Lasting Recovery
Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health offers a structured, flexible Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults facing moderate mental health symptoms that disrupt their daily lives. Our program provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment to help individuals stabilize, build skills, and thrive—while continuing their routines at home, work, or school.
Whether you’re stepping down from inpatient care or looking to avoid hospitalization, our evening mental health IOP provides the clinical support you need in a setting that fits your life.
Our IOP was designed for people like you—those balancing work, family, and responsibilities but still seeking expert addiction care. With flexible, structured treatment, we make recovery accessible.
Individualized Treatment Plans
Our licensed clinicians work with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects their symptoms, diagnosis, and personal goals. Treatment plans are reviewed at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals to ensure continued progress.
Goals include:
Stabilizing mental health conditions and symptoms (e.g., depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders)
Promoting emotional regulation and building healthy coping strategies
Preventing hospitalization or supporting post-discharge stabilization
Improving daily functioning in work, school, relationships, and home life
