Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health Centers is a network of intensive outpatient (IOP) addiction treatment centers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, northern Virginia, and Washington, DC. The Kolmac Model – developed by George Kolodner, M.D. more than 50 years ago – provides easier access to treatment, greater program flexibility, and dramatically lower costs traditional inpatient programs – with equal success and effectiveness. In addition to providing all three phases of addiction treatment, including detoxification, rehabilitation, and continuing care, Kolmac offers treatment for co-occurring psychiatric disorders, education and support for family members, and helpful resources for referring professionals.
