Ongoing recovery after intensive outpatient treatment helps you stay on track.
Kolmac offers a clinical outpatient recovery program that follows our intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment. After a patient has stabilized physically and emotionally in early recovery, the continuing care phase begins.
Recovery is a critical part of the journey
When patients finish detox and rehab, they still need support, and so do their families.
The continuing care phase of addiction treatment is often overlooked. Our staff and clinicians work with patients to build on the foundation established during IOP. We encourage patients to stay in continuing care until they establish a strong recovery plan, which usually takes a year or two, depending on each patient’s needs. During this time, we also encourage family members and loved ones to continue to attend our support groups at Kolmac.
Post-rehab care for anyone who needs it
We feel so strongly about the importance of continuing care that we offer our program to anyone who needs it, whether they have been Kolmac IOP patients or are transitioning from residential or intensive outpatient treatment at another facility. Our goal is to help anyone who needs support during recovery.
Advantages of Kolmac’s continuing care program:

Patients work hard at recovery, so we work hard to keep them on track
Our goal is to keep patients healthy, happy and safe after they finish the initial phases of treatment. Ongoing treatment after IOP is an essential step for patients dealing with addiction.
