What to expect
Addiction treatment at Kolmac involves several phases, including detoxification, IOP and continuing care.
If you need it, you will begin treatment with detox. Our caring and highly trained medical staff will help you safely and comfortably detox in an outpatient setting, usually lasting for five to eight hours on the first day. Our priority is to immediately treat your withdrawal symptoms to make you as comfortable as possible so you can focus on your recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Next, you will begin IOP, which consists of daily group therapy and education sessions that last three hours. Your dedicated counselor will slowly taper the frequency of these sessions as your condition stabilizes.
Individual Treatment and Family Support
When you reach the Continuing Care (CC) phase, you will attend two hours of group therapy once a week. This includes monthly education about recovery. The length of this phase of treatment varies, depending on your unique needs.
Recovery for A Lifetime
Throughout your time with Kolmac, you can expect to receive life-changing and compassionate care. Our team of addiction specialists will treat you with kindness, understanding and respect—because that’s what you deserve.
