Young Adult Treatment

The Kolmac Clinic offers supplemental services to meet the needs of young adult patients who are not yet financially independent from their parents.  Specialized clinical teams have been established in our Gaithersburg and Towson offices.  Although these patients can be treated in any of our offices, we encourage them to consider taking advantage of the enhanced services in these two offices.

The Kolmac program continues to:

• Offer a weekly parents education and support group.

• Provide psychiatric care patients for treatment of co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Expect regular community support group attendance, AA, NA and SMART Recovery.

The Gaithersburg Office offers:

• A weekly planning and education group in the afternoon for young adults who are not working or attending school.

• A combined family therapy group with follow up recommendation by a family therapist is now included.

• A weekly third hour breakout group for young adult patients.
